New year 2018

2017 was a glorious year for FIF. Our students have accomplished more than ever. We have 3 new instructors ready to teach, and we will offer a whole new group of additional classes to keep them busy! Last year FIF athletes competed in triathlons and Scottish Highland Games, won cage fights and Brazilian jiu jitsu tournaments, and won snowboarding races all over the world. Our top athlete, snowboard racer Evan Strong is headed for the Winter Olympics again! We also have a group of women competing in California’s Strongest Woman in Santa Cruz in April. All are welcome to these upcoming events:
