LESSON SCHEDULE

We are currently running 20 small group classes per week, at the studio and online.
If we don’t have a class scheduled at the time or location you prefer, contact us with your request. All classes are ongoing. 

You can only participate in class if you are in one of our training programs
(schedule a meeting with Eric to get enrolled). All of our group classes are maximally safe and effective for ALL ABILITY LEVELS (including absolute beginners). 

Our classes are taught on site, following COVID guidelines, and online.
You can find the zoom link in your email or facebook group.
The on site classes are at 574 Searls Ave, Nevada City (at the Lifted Pole Fitness studio). And we just added outdoor classes – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 5-7pm we are meeting at Pioneer Park.
